The Behavioral Health Recruiter will report to HR Director.
Job Overview
In this role, you will oversee all recruitment operations for multiple stakeholders across the US. Your role will be an avid prospector of new business development. This involves lead generation, client solicitation, contract negotiation, and management of existing accounts. An ambitious mindset is necessary and those driven by performance will yield the most success. We serve clients across multiple locations which means that you should be comfortable with working with a distributed team and occasional California-based travel.
Furthermore, you will actively consult with business partners to pinpoint recruiting needs, build creative recruitment strategies & lead the sourcing, interviewing, and closing process. And ongoing communication is an essential talent of Mental Healthcare Recruiters and we seek outgoing communicators who enjoy speaking and engaging with their clients.
This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities and Duties

Be aware of the mental healthcare job market/compensation trends.

Provide support to an organization in finding qualified candidates for vacant job positions.

Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.

Manage interviews on telephones or personal meetings to figure out the matched qualities, before processing it to the hiring manager or key interview panel.

Assist in arranging face-to-face interviews with higher management.

Assist the managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection of the candidate.

Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the employee in consultation with the Finance and Executive Director.

Check the background of candidates followed by employment reference checking.

Carry out pre-employment tests like TB, Livescan, CASOMB, intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, etc.

Report to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process.

Work according to the rules, regulations, and recruitment strategies of the organization.

Suggest new approaches towards developing better healthcare recruitment policies.

Contribute to human resource management and employment for a smooth onboarding.

Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company websites, job vacancy journals, etc.

Suggest effective employee benefit schemes to enhance the organization's effectiveness aligned with retention policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience preferred
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Should have a depth of knowledge of relevant domain industry (for Medical/Healthcare)
• Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management.
• Knowledge of the medical facility you are working in or the respective healthcare client.
